Dr. Azma, Jamil:

Dr. Jamil Azma was born in Khooy in 1935 and finished his primary and secondary education in province of west Azarbyjan. He entered Medical university in 1955 and after graduation in 1961, he was engaged in passing pediatric specialty course in Tehran’s medical university. He worked in hospital of 17 Sharivar for 19 years starting in 1971.

During this time, in addition to medical and hygienic activities, he became a member of medical council of hospital. He was also responsible for Dr. Sheikh hospital from the beginning of 1986 for six years. From that time, reconstruction of Dr. Sheikh hospital was started. In addition to medical responsibility during this time, he was engaged in teaching in Nursing and Midwifery school. He had close cooperation in all health programs of hygiene deputy during all this service. he successfully did the project of liquid therapy with other colleagues’ cooperation. he retired in 2000.
