مقايسه منحني رشد كودكان تغذيه شونده با شير مادر و با شير خشك در سنين 6-0 ماه شهرستان گناباد

مقدمه : درسالهاي اخير همزمان با كسب اطلاعات جديد در خصوص مزاياي تغذيه باشير مادر حركتي در ترويج تغذيه با شير مادر آغاز گرديد تا انسان يكبار ديگر به خويشتن خويش باز گردد و حق از دست رفته را بدست آورد و از يك زندگي سالم و طبيعي برخوردار شود .

تاثير تغذيه با شير مادر در رشد و سلامت و بقاء كودكان ،‌نقش مرگ ومير و معلوليت ها ،‌ارضا ء نياز هاي عاطفي مادر و كودك و صرفه جويي هاي فراوان چه در خانواده و چه در كشور همه را بر آن داشته تا به منظور رهايي در رشد كودكان ازبند اسارت تغذيه مصنوعي تلاش نمايند .

 

روش تحقيق : اين پژوهش ،‌يك پژوهش توصيفي تحليلي است كه با مقايسه منحني رشد كودكان تغذيه شده با شير مادر وشير خشك در سنين 6-0 ماه پرداخته است .

هدف از اين تحقيق منحني رشد كودكان 6-0 ماهه كه با شير خشك تغذيه مي شوند با كودكاني در همين سن كه با شير مادر تغذيه شده اند مي باشد . بدين منظور 200 نمونه از هر دو گروه شير مادر خوار و شير خشك انتخاب شده و بر همين اساس از بين كودكان كه شير مادر مصرف مي كردند نمونه هايي برگزيده شدند كه از حيث شغل مادر ،‌سن مادر ، سن كودك و همچنين تغذيه انحصاري شير مادر با گروه شير خشك خوار همگن بودند اطلاعات توسط پرسشنامه و منحني رشد كودكان جمع‌آوري شد . نمونه گيري در سه مركز بهداشت شماره يك و دو و سه شهري انجام گرديد.

 

يافته هاي پژوهش : تجزيه و تحليل آماري نشان داد كه به طور كلي كودكان شير مادر خوار از نظر وزني در مقايسه باصدك 50 منحني رشد وضيعت مطلوبتري نسبت به كودكان شير خشك خوار زير صدك 50 قرار داشت . همچنين در مقايسه وزن كودكان در دو گروه مشخص شد كه ميانگين وزن كودكان شير مادر خوار بيشتر از ميانگين وزن كودكان شير خوارمي باشد .

نتيجه گيري : نتايج پژوهش مي تواند مورد توجه مسئولين و برنامه ريزان مسائل پرستاري باشد تا به مسئله مهم آموزش توجه بيشتري نشان داده و در خصوص تشويق بيشتر مادران براي شير دهي بهتر كودكانشان اقدام نمايند .

 

 

 

The comparative Study of Children Growth Curve Of 0-6 Month Using formula And Breast Feeding Children .

Introduction:In recent years, breast feeding has been emphasized by authorities because of new knowledge about it .

Breast feeding caused human healthy life also , it has an important role in preventing death . handicaps and providing emotional needs of mother and child Another important point about breast feeding is being eccnomical .

This study is a descriptive – analytical research that compares the children growth curves fed whit breast milk and formula between 0-6 months.

The goal of the research is to compare the children growth curve of 0-6 months using formula and breast feeding children in the same age ,then 200 samples from both groups were selected in means that all the children using formula were sampling and in the same way some samples were selected from those who were using breast feeding that had the same factors, like ; mothers job , age and the child age in month and exclusive breast feeding , both of the groups were the same .

The data was collected by a questionnaire and the children growth curve sampling was done in three health centers of number1,2,3 of the city .

The data analysis showed that in general breast feeding children had a better condition than those who used formula so that on the children curve. the first group were over the 50 percent and the average of the first group weight was more than those using formula Conclusion :

The results of this research can be used by nursing planners and managers .Based on these results they will pay more attention to breast feeding and will educate mothers to do their best
